Is it possible with Jovo to create unique response for every phrase that a user may say like an FAQ bot with an intent. Is there a way to connect it to Google Sheets and call it from a web hook. Especially on the new Dialogflow CX.
For example.
Do you want water?
- I’m not a water person but I’ll have one.
- I’m not too sure at the moment
- I’m going to pick orange juice for now, you don’t have anything you else though?
- I would actually like orange juice.
Perfect so water would be fine?
But if you had to pick would it be water or juice?
I don’t have anything else at the moment but I’ll bring you the orange juice. Would that be okay?
