I would like to get an understanding as to how to use Amazon Connect’s capability to connect with the Google Dialogflow for Natural Language Processing (NLP).
I don’t have experience with Amazon Connect. However, as long as it’s possible to get access to the raw text of a request, it should be possible to pass it to our Dialogflow NLU integration.
Maybe it’s necessary to build a platform plugin for Amazon Connect. This could be a starting point:
