Error of "There was a problem with the requested skill's response" for selected slots

I have a skill which shall extract data from google sheets about a specific mobile phone when asked. But for now it only speaks out the mobile name for testing. I have slots for each mobile phone name, but while testing out on Alexa certain phones give the error of problem with the requested skills response.

I assume it’s a language model issue.

Have you tried the utterance profiler in the ASK Console?

Make sure your utterance triggers the right intent.
