Missing certificat

something is strang
when i make a ngrock http 3000 and launch jovo run

add url in amazon console

it work

but if i go to url /webhook_alexa

it show missing certificat again ?

ssl is not letsencrypt and it works fine

where do we add certificat ?

I just understant, it not possible to test webhook_alexa with alexa consol.
if we try on browser, it return always error, because we not send right argements throw browser
